Delivery conditions


A DE AMOR sends orders daily. At the moment it is possible to send orders through the online store to the following areas:

  • Continental Portugal
  • Madeira and Azores
  • Spain
  • France, Germany, Netherlands
  • United Kingdom
  • Brazil
  • USA
  • Canada

At the present date, deliveries are made by FOZPOST and CTT Expresso to mainland Portugal and the islands of Madeira and the Azores. We also provide the Blue Mail for mainland Portugal, without tracking option.

AA DE AMOR is not responsible for lost shipments in the National Blue Mail.

For shipments to other countries, the International Blue Mail is used, with tracking included.

When payment is confirmed before 12 noon, shipment can take place on the same day and delivery within 24/48 working hours (except for out of stock) in mainland Portugal.

The customer will receive the order tracking code after picking up our facilities.

In campaigns offering Postage, the shipping method is determined by A DE AMOR , and it can be sent by Correio Azul, without tracking option.

It is very important that someone is present at the address indicated to receive the order, which is normally sent within 24-48 working hours (except for out of stock) after confirmation of payment.

Delivery by FOZPOST or CTT EXPRESSO:

If delivery is not possible, a notice will be left for the order to be collected at a CTT post or a new attempt will be made the next day.

In the event that an order is not delivered for a reason not attributable to A DE AMOR, any additional cost with a new attempt is the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN RECEIVING THE ORDER, ALWAYS CHECK THE DELIVERY ACT:

  • If there is any damage to the volume (DAMAGED/CRUNCHED/PUNCHED, ETC);
  • Signs of misuse/tampering;
  • Check all sides of the packages and record the facts detected on the carrier guide;

If no reservations are made about the external condition, the claim will automatically be null and void, as this demonstrates that the package was without external signs of damage.
