Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy until the end:

EXCHANGES

The customer has 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to exchange it for any other item, as long as it is of equal or greater value than the item to be exchanged.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us by email to request the exchange and to carry out the return (sending the product to our facilities), within the aforementioned period.

For the exchange to be valid, the item must be returned unmarked and in its original packaging (as well as any offer that originated from it). You must also send the proof of purchase along with it.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item and also the shipping costs for the new item .

RETURNS

The customer has 14 days to return any order without having to provide any justification for doing so. After these 14 days, no returns are accepted .

Products that are “made to measure”, customized specifically for the customer, do not enjoy the right to return, as long as there is no alleged manufacturing defect.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us by email and complete the return (sending the product to our facilities), within the aforementioned period .

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item.

If the customer wants A DE AMOR to handle the collection service, please inform us. This transport service will be deducted/charged later.

Amounts paid for shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable . In higher purchases with shipping offer , the value of shipping costs is included in the final price of the order and will be deducted from the value of the return.

The item must be returned using a trackable shipping service, i.e. it must be possible to track the shipment and have proof of delivery.

REFUNDS (when applicable)

Once the item(s) has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know whether or not the return is accepted by the above conditions.

After confirming the status of the product(s), the amounts involved in the purchase will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days via bank transfer or MBWAY, according to the customer's preference, mentioning in the order notification e-mail Return, phone or IBAN.

Note: A Credit Note will be issued for the total amount of the order and an Invoice with the value of shipping costs when placing the order.
